Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Jonathan Adler purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of eligible items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom furniture, lighting, and final sale items are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective packaging to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
